With over 8 years of experience, my goal is to create delightful and optimal consumer-quality software experience to support enterprises seeking to fit AI/ML technologies to their business operations and systems.
Currently, I work as a UX Research Scientist with Google Cloud Artificial Intelligence. Previously, I consulted for a startup on the UX and interface development of an AI-based app to improve education in Africa. Prior to that, I was at IBM where I helped product teams understand what personalized experience means for enterprise users, crafted UX/UI prototypes, and evaluated design decisions for mobile, cloud, and cognitive solutions. Overall, my work has shaped solutions in e-health, future work design, enterprise data science, ethical social robotics, cloud services compliance monitoring, recommendation services for business travel, and personalized life-long learning. I was educated in Nigeria and the UK, and hold a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Liverpool.
